Returns & Exchanges

At Netflix Shop, we want you to love your fan gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or similar packaging and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
